If you haven't heard about the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge by now, you seriously need to take a few minutes and scroll through your Facebook or Instagram. What began as a small campaign to raise awareness for ALS (also known a Lou Gehrig's disease) has become a worldwide sensation. The challenge officially became trendy last week when Anna Wintour, editor-in-cheif of Vogue, accepted her daughter's nomination and did the Ice Bucket Challenge. Typically, the dress code for this is a bathing suit, but of course, Wintour wore a stunning floral dress. And somehow, her signature bob withstood the icy water. In addition to posting the video, Wintour made a donation to The ALS Association, and she nominated tennis player Roger Federer and actor Dominic West to take the challenge!! Ferrer, a ballet student at the Florence Academy of Art, has no interest in pursuing an acting career as her grandmother did. Ferrer does, however "carry her spirit" through the photo shoot. She mirrored some classic photos of her late grandmother, and Harper's Bazaar put the poses side by side: This photo shoot is nothing short of fantastic, and what it's incredible that Ferrer was able to land a September issue as her first cover.
