The Trip of a Lifetime

This summer, I was lucky enough to go on one of the most amazing vacations ever: a month-long European extravaganza.  Traveling through Rein Teen Tours, I visited England, France, Switzerland, Italy, Monaco, and Spain.  Not only was the experience amazing, but I got to wear some pretty cute outfits along the way.  Here is my fashionable journey through Europe:

Our vacation began in London, where we saw the London Eye, Big Ben, Wicked the Musical, and Madame Tussaud's.  My best friend, Cassie, and I took this pic in front of the beautiful Buckingham Palace.  I am wearing a skirt, top, and necklace from Brandy Melville, a jean jacket from B.P. Nordstrom, and Ray Ban Sunglasses.  Cassie's maroon dress is from Brandy Melville, and her glasses are Ray Ban as well.  One of my favorite parts of London was shopping at TopShop, where I bought this adorable bracelet:

The London Eye was absolutely beautiful.  It was one of my favorite sites of the whole trip!

After London came Paris, the fashion capital of the world.  I brought out my Parisian style when we went to the Eiffel Tower.  I wore a black and white striped crop top from Brandy Melville and a sheer maxi skirt from TopShop.  Here are some pics of me, Cassie, Sam, Caroline, Alexis, and Sami in front of the Eiffel Tower:

We went to Disney Paris, which was a blast.  It's so different than the Disney in America (but the lines were just as long!)

Cassie, Alexis, Sami, and I bought Minnie ears (obviously).  We waited on line for Space Mountain for two hours, but it was totally worth it!

The next day, we explored Paris.  We got to see the Love Lock Bridge (Kardashian moment), the Louvre, and the beautiful city!
And, I ate enough macarons from Laudrée to feed a small nation.

We ended our stay in Paris with a beautiful night cruise to see the Eiffel Tower.  This was the most beautiful picture I took from the whole trip:

After Paris, we went to Switzerland for a little rest and relaxation.  Comfy was the dress code in this country, and I spent most of my time in Switzerland wearing leggings and sweaters.

The best part of Switzerland was going inside of a glacier.  It was so beautiful inside (not to mention freezing cold).

Our next stop was Italy! We began our time in Italy at the Leaning Tower of Pisa, wear I wore light denim high-waisted shorts, a black and white tank top, and white crochet Toms.
Picture
In Florence, we went to a discoteca (basically a club) for foreigners.  It was definitely crazy! I wore a cropped Brandy Melville tank and a navy and gray tye dye maxi skirt from Brandy.  Here are some pictures I took in my outfit with my friends Alaska and Sami:

After Florence, we went to Rome.  We stopped at the Vatican, which had a strict dress code.  Even though it was over 100 degrees, Alexis and I put on maxi dresses so that we could see the famous country (yes, Vatican City is technically a country separate from Italy).

My dress and jacket are both from BP Nordstrom.  My sandals are gold gladiators from DKNY.  Rome was so beautiful, but SO HOT.  I've never experienced weather like this before.  I did my best to stay cool in a light green Brandy Melville tank and denim shorts from Hollister (I know, I know, but they were SO comfortable!) Here is a pic from the Colosseum:

Definitely not my best look, but it was so hot I didn't even care what I looked like.  Fortunately, we left Rome the next day and traveled to Sorrento, a beautiful Italian city on the Amalfi Coast.  We had a lovely beach day on the neighboring island of Capri.  I wore an adorable pink and white Juicy Couture bikini under a pink and grey Brandy cover-up dress and Tory Burch flip flops.  It was so sunny, so I purchased a black and white sunhat to protect my face.  Capri was absolutely beautiful, and I am working on a fashion collection based on the colors of the ocean there.

How beautiful is that view?? It was INCREDIBLE. I purchased my beach bag from Zara in Paris while shopping on the Champs-Élysées.

Here are some amazing pictures of the ocean:
I went on a CRAZY shopping spree in Rome at Brandy Melville.  The Brandy there was SO beautiful and had so many items I have never seen in America.  Here is one shirt I bought that isn't sold in the US:

I also bought this adorable skirt (seen on Ariana Grande in her "Baby I" music video) and top at Brandy.

After we left Italy, we went back to France and stopped in a Medieval-themed city, Carcassonne.  I loved staying in Carcassonne; it was such a fun town!  I had a delicious pizza dinner, a TON of candy from an adorable candy store, and went to a haunted house.  I had Alaska braid my hair in a waterfall braid, and I got a ton of compliments!
Picture
Then, we arrived in our last country: Spain!  We started in Barcelona, and I got to see the famous steps from the Cheetah Girls movie!
Picture
The weather in Barcelona was beautiful.  It was warm, but not too humid. I wore a black and white flower tank and light blue skirt from Brandy Melville.  Here's some pictures of me, Cassie, Alexis, Bruna, Sami, and the other Alexis (lol) in Barcelona!

All great things must come to an end, and when I arrived in Madrid, I knew my amazing vacation was nearing its conclusion.  For our final dinner, we ate at the Hard Rock Cafe.  After, we went back to the hotel and spent the night together as a group.  We took some amazing Polaroids on Alexis' camera.  Here are some pictures of me, Cassie, both Alexis', Spencer, Bruna, and Sami.

This summer was absolutely amazing. Traveling around Europe was unbelievable; everything is so different there.  I met so many incredible people and made friendships that I know will last forever.

I will conclude this post with a slideshow of my favorite pictures from this summer! I hope your summer was as incredibly fun as mine!
